The training focuses on the duty of information, at the beginning or during business relationships be in an execution-only mandate, advisory mandate, or discretionary mandate.
Emphasis is placed on the appropriateness and suitability tests on financial services as well as the Relationship Manager’s duty to document and duty of accountability while providing services agreed by the clients.
